Full Body Whitening Remedy by Dr Khurram Mushir
Drink for full Body whitening:
- Half glass carrots juice
- Half glass tomato juice
- Tobasco sauce – ¼ tsp
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Mix all 4 ingredients and take 1 glass every day.
For Mask:
- 2 cup almond crushed
- 2 cup dry rose petal
- Husn-e-yusuf - 1 cup
- Crushed sandal – 1 cup
- Baal jharr – 1 cup
- Lemon skin or grape fruit skin – 2 cup
- Hydroquinone 2% – 1 cup
Method:
Mix and make a mask, massage every day whole body before shower with this mask, then have shower after 30 to 35 minutes. Your whole body will be glow and get fair complexion. Take everyday one CQ10 enzyme tablet. Keep refrigerated.

Hydroquinone available in tube form, easily available in cosmetic shops or pharmacies, yes its safe if u feeding your child, coz its external use not internal.

1st of all I told all of you, no side affect but still aap sab se guzarish hai k koi bhi tablet use kerne se pehle apne Dr se zaroor consult kerain. Kyon ke some time tablet mein used ingredients mein se kisi se aap ko alergy bhi ho sakti hai. Agar aap ko suit ki tu yes zaroor faraq parta hai.
