Mix all 4 ingredients and take 1 glass every day.
For Mask:
- 2 cup almond crushed
- 2 cup dry rose petal
- Husn-e-yusuf – 1 cup
- Crushed sandal – 1 cup
- Baal jharr – 1 cup
- Lemon skin or grape fruit skin – 2 cup
- Hydroquinone 2% – 1 cup
Method:
- Mix and make a mask, massage every day whole body before shower with this mask, then have shower after 30 to 35 minutes.
- Your whole body will be glow and get fair complexion.
- Take everyday one CQ10 enzyme tablet.
- Keep refrigerated.
