How to Get Fair Complexion in Few Days by Dr Khurram:
In a blender put an apple and blend, during this process add 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp apple vinegar, 1 egg and 5 tablets of Vitamin C and make smooth paste. Apply this mask before bed time, leave for at least 40 minutes. Then wash with the medicated ubtan and fuller earth.
Day time use cream which contain alpha hydroxyl acid, then use makeup. Take a Beta Carotene twice a day.
Dr Khurram’s Famous Medicated Ubtan Recipe:
Make a paste from 1 cup gram flour,1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp milk, 1 tsp almond or coconut oil and apply on face or whole body, leave for 5 minutes and rub with hand ,after all cleaning with simple water .this will improve your complexion too.

Muje koi esa home made cream batae ho 1 or 2 weeks gora banae or mera chera saaf hojae becoz mere chehre pe pimples k bohat nishan hain

Is mask ko thandi jga par rkhny ki zarorat to ni ha na q k man hostalize hon aur yahan refrigrator availbe ni ha..

hello mam, u have written dat we have to leave the mixture for 40 minutes and then wash with ubtan or fullers earth. That means first we have to wash the mixture with water and then apply ubtan or fullers earth. Plz explain in detail. Thank you..
after 40 minutes, make a mixture of little bit of water and ubtan or fuller earth then massage and rinse face with water.
