Crispy Egg & Cheese Fold Sandwich

A quick breakfast sandwich made with crispy toast, eggs, melted mozzarella, salami, and ketchup. The bread is arranged in a flower shape, bound together with eggs, then folded into cheesy layers for a crispy, gooey finish.

Egg Sandwich: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 slices bread
- 6 slices salami
- 3 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped chives
- Onion seeds (or nigella seeds)
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
- Ketchup
- Olive oil, for frying

Instructions:
- Cut each bread slice diagonally to make 12 bread triangles.
- Cut each salami slice diagonally to make 12 salami triangles.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, chives, and onion seeds.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with olive oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Immediately arrange the bread triangles on top of the eggs, with the right-angle corners meeting in the center to create a flower pattern.
- Place the salami triangles in the gaps between the bread pieces.
- Cook until the egg is mostly set and attached to the bread.
- Carefully flip the entire egg-and-bread layer.
- Add mozzarella cheese and drizzle with ketchup over one half of the round.
- Using a spatula, fold the round in half, then continue folding or pressing gently to create layered sandwich sections.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread becomes golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan, cut into three portions, and serve hot.

Tips:
- Add black pepper or chili flakes for extra flavor.
- Substitute ham, turkey, or cooked bacon for the salami.
- Use cheddar, provolone, or Swiss cheese if mozzarella isn’t available.
- Cover the pan for 30 seconds after folding to help the cheese melt faster.
