This creamy coffee-infused classic tiramisu glass packed full of sweet flavour is a perfect way to serve this classic dessert individually at gatherings and parties with guests. The recipe is very simple and they are prepared in a moment.
This version is a simple adaptation of the original recipe in which we have eliminated the eggs for simplicity and added lemon curd flavour to enhance the taste. Quick recipe only take 15 mins to make and are bedded with soft sponge fingers which absorb all the moisture and flavour of coffee.

How to Make Italian Tiramisu: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Milk – 1/4 cup
  2. White chocolate – 100 gm/4 oz chopped
  3. Mascarpone Cream cheese – 250 gm
  4. Powdered sugar – 1/4 cup
  5. Cream – 200 ml
  6. Vanilla essence or vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
  7. Ladyfingers/ Sponge fingers – as required
  8. Coffee – 1 tbsp dissolve in water
  9. Lemon curd – 10 oz

Keto Saffron Barfi

Method:

  • In a bowl, add milk and white chocolate and heat it up until chocolate dissolves on double boiler.
  • In a separate bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, icing sugar along with white chocolate milk mixture.
  • Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture. Set aside.
  • Now pour strong brewed coffee in a bowl, dip the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and place into the bottom of the individual serving glasses. Break into two pieces so they can fit into the glass.
  • Pipe a layer of mascarpone filling on top of the ladyfingers.
  • Then Pipe a layer of lemon curd on top of the mascarpone filling.
  • Repeat another layer of ladyfingers and mascarpone filling.
  • Pipe a swirl of mascarpone filling on top of each serving, then sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired.
  • Refrigerate trifles until ready to serve.
