Chicken Wonton Recipe
Wontons are commonly boiled and served in soup or sometimes deep-fried. There are several common regional variations of shape. They made by spreading a square wrapper flat in the palm of one’s hand, placing a small amount of filling in the center, and sealing the wonton into the desired shape by compressing the wrapper’s edges together with the fingers. Chicken wonton recipe is a type of dumpling commonly found in a number of Chinese cuisines.

French Onion Soup Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients for dough:
- Flour – 2 cup
- Egg – 1
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Mix and make dough with warm water.
- Leave for half an hour. Or use wonton wrappers.
Ingredients for Filling:
- Chicken mince – 1 ½ cup
- Green chilli finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Spring onion green part – 1 tbsp chopped
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Paprika powder – ½ tsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Method:
- Combine the chicken mince in a food processor , green chilies chopped, spring onion, paprika powder, salt, white pepper and soya sauce.
- Then take out into a bowl, now add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Now take square pieces of thinly rolled dough or wonton wrapper, place on a flat surface and brush with the flour mixture.
- Drop 1 tbsp of chicken filling onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the wonton in half, corner to corner, to form a triangle.
- Then apply flour mixture of the corners and fold the 2 sides into the center, slightly overlapping.
- Deep fry until crispy and light golden in medium hot oil.
- Serve with wonton dip or any kind of sauce.
