Dr Khurram’s Famous Arabic Drink Recipe for Weight Loss is easy to make, it has lots of benefits such as your face color will be clear, burn your fat, get rid of urine infection and also beneficial for your hair growth. It’s true this drink will help to reduce your weight, but just drinking this drink or any kind of weight loss drink is not enough to reduce your weight. Dr Khurram’s Famous Arabic Drink Recipe for Weight Loss
For 3 to 4 days
Ingredients:
- Water – 1 litre
- Gurr or brown sugar – 20gm
- Fennel seeds – 2 tsp crushed
- Mace – ¼ tsp
- Noshader – ½ pinch
- Cinnamon – 1 stick
- Harre Choti (Terminalia Chebula) – 1 tsp
- Big cardamoms – 2 tsp
- Mint – 2 tbsp
- Green Cardamom – 7 to 8
Method:
- Cook all ingredients in water, let it cool down, put in fridge and take 1 glass every day.
- With this drink, your face colour will be clear, burn your fat, get rid of urine infection and also beneficial for your hair.

Yes some time dr khurram nay kaha hay k daily aik glass lena aur some time kehtay hain sara din istemaal kerain, laikin aap daily 2 glass lain tu ziada sahi ho ga.
