Mazedar Lauki ki Sabzi (Bottle gourd)
Ingredients:
- Loki (bottle gourd) – 1 kg
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Chopped garlic – 5 cloves
- Whole red chilli – 10
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli – 3
- Salt – to taste
Method:
Take a pan, add oil and fry garlic, then add loki, cumin seeds, red chilli, salt and fry for 2 minutes. Then add some water, cover and cook on low heat until loki softens and water dries. Garnish with fresh coriander, green chilli and ginger flakes and serve.


So yummy and delicious sabzi. I tried and it was awesome.
