Ingredients:

  1. Mutton mince – 250g
  2. Gram flour – 4 tbsp
  3. Egg – 1
  4. Red crushed chilli – 1 ½ tsp
  5. Fried crushed dry coriander – 1 ½ tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
  7. Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
  8. Onion – 3 tbsp thinly chopped
  9. Green chillies – 6
  10. Baking powder – ¼ tsp
  11. Fresh coriander – 2tbsp
  12. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl and put all ingredients along with mince and mix them well.
  • Put oil in a wok.
  • Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
  • Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot.
