Keema Pakora Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mutton mince – 250g
- Gram flour – 4 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Red crushed chilli – 1 ½ tsp
- Fried crushed dry coriander – 1 ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
- Onion – 3 tbsp thinly chopped
- Green chillies – 6
- Baking powder – ¼ tsp
- Fresh coriander – 2tbsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl and put all ingredients along with mince and mix them well.
- Put oil in a wok.
- Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
- Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
