
Lamb Chops with Potatoes Recipe
Serving – 6
Ingredients:
- Lamb chops – 1 kg
- Potato – 1 kg (boiled and mashed)
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper– ½ tbsp crushed
- Salt – to taste
- Cottage cheese – 250gm
- Green chilli – 3 mashed
- Bread crumbs – 250 gm
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Eggs – 2
- Chicken cubes mix flour – 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying – as required
Method:
- Take a bowl, add chops, ginger garlic, red chili, salt and half black pepper, mix and leave for half an hour.
- Then take a wide pan, add 2 tbsp oil and place marinated chops, cover and cook on low heat until chops are tender and water dries.
- Take a bowl, add potato, cottage cheese, salt, green chili, flour and black pepper, mix well. Now take cooked chops and wrap in potato mix (make sure bone is uncovered), dip in lightly beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.
- Sprinkle dome gram flour and serve with ketchup and fries.
