When I created this delicious, crispy and fluffy paratha this weekend, my family loved it. You can serve as it is with a cup of tea. Do try it out. I am sure you will receive praise from your family and loved ones. I used gluten free white corn meal but normal corn meal also works fine.

How to Make Tawa Paratha: Urdu – English Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Plain Flour – 1 1/2 cup
  2. Corn Meal (makai ka atta) – 1 cup
  3. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  4. Oil – 1 tbsp
  5. Water – 1 3/4 cup

Keto Frozen Paratha

Method:

  • In a bowl, add plain flour, corn meal, salt and oil. Mix and make soft dough with water.
  • Cover and leave aside for 15 minutes.
  • Then divide into portions, roll thinly, apply ghee, sprinkle dry flour, fold and make square shape pockets.
  • Roll and fry on skillet like simple parathas.
