Mutton Malai Tikka: English – Urdu Recipe

Mutton Malai Tikka
Ingredients:
- Boneless meat – ½ kg
- Papaya paste – 1 ½ tsp
- Cream – ½ cup
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Green chillies – 6 – 8 paste
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp paste
- Ginger paste – 1 tsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds ( roasted and grind ) – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Red crushed chilli – 1 ½ tsp
Method:
- Mix all above ingredients and marinate meat for 4 hours or overnight.
- Put on skewers and B.B.Q.
- Serve with onion rings, Chutney, and Naan or paratha.


I tried this malai tikka, as simple as tasty.
