Ingredients:
- 550 ml water,
- 3 whole whole cloves,
- 1 cinnamon sticks,
- 4 cardamom pods, cracked open
- 65 ml black tea,
- 550ml Milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Method:
- Pour the water into a saucepan with the cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and bring to the boil.
- Add the tea and milk and return to the boil.
- Strain and add the sugar.
- Serve hot.
