Notes:

I typically skip the cayenne pepper because I have a young kiddo. Then, I put out some hot sauce for those adults that want to add some spiciness to their chili.

Homemade chili con carne is easy to make and basically consists of minced meat, red beans, and tomato. An excellent option to accompany with white rice or some nachos. Homemade chili con carne is well known in the United States. It is made in various ways depending on the state in question, but originally, all these preparations are very similar.

This preparation includes minced beef, beans and tomato. It is a recipe full of flavor and intensity and very easy to make. The spices and herbs also make it very aromatic and extremely tempting.

I bought the beans or black beans already cooked, so I just had to rinse and drain them, but you can buy the dried legume and boil it yourself at home. It will take a little longer but surely you will gain in flavor. In this case, remember to soak them the night before so that they soften.
