Shakar Paray: English – Urdu Recipe
Shakar Paray Ingredients: Flour – 2 cup Sugar – 6 tbsp Melted ghee – 5 tbsp Method: Mix flour, ghee, sugar and make dough with warm water. Leave it for 1 ½ hour. Then roll down thin roti and cut in square pieces. Deep fry in hot oil until it’s golden and crispy.
