Shakar Paray

Ingredients:

  1. Flour – 2 cup
  2. Sugar – 6 tbsp
  3. Melted ghee – 5 tbsp

Method:

  • Mix flour, ghee, sugar and make dough with warm water.
  • Leave it for 1 ½ hour. Then roll down thin roti and cut in square pieces.
  • Deep fry in hot oil until it’s golden and crispy.
