Shakar Paray
Ingredients:
- Flour – 2 cup
- Sugar – 6 tbsp
- Melted ghee – 5 tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour, ghee, sugar and make dough with warm water.
- Leave it for 1 ½ hour. Then roll down thin roti and cut in square pieces.
- Deep fry in hot oil until it’s golden and crispy.
