Thin Crust Chicken Pizza
Fish Pizza Recipe: English – Urdu
Dough for Pizza:
- Flour – 1 cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Instant yeast – 1 ½ tsp
- Egg – 1
- Dry milk powder – 1 tbsp
- Ground sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Warm water – 1/8 cup
Method:
- Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 min, shift flour, milk powder and salt, egg, oil, and mixture of yeast and sugar with water.
- Mix well. Make smooth dough and leave for rising.
- Then roll down 1/8 inch thick, prick with fork and bake in preheated oven on 200ºC for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Then let it cool down for 5 minutes, then spread all the toppings, sauce and cheese, then cover and leave aside for half an hour, then bake in preheated oven.
How to Make Chicken Tikka Boti Pizza: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients for Pizza sauce:
- Tomato – 1 kg blended
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilli – 1 1/2 tsp
- Oregano – 1/2 tsp
- Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Take pan, put oil and heat it up, add garlic and fry for 1 sec, then add blended tomato, red crushed chilli, salt, ajinomoto, black pepper and oregano and mix well and let it cook ’til tomato is mixed well and turns into tomato sauce form.
- If you need water, put a bit of water and cook until done.
- When it’s done, apply on pizza base.
For Topping:
- Chicken – 1/2 cup cut in cubes
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Onion – 3 tbsp chopped
- Capsicum – 3 tbsp chopped
- Tomato – 3 tbsp chopped
- Green chilies – 1 tsp
- Oregano – 1/4 tsp
- Mushrooms – 2 tbsp
- Olives – 4 to 6
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil and sauté garlic.
- Then add chicken cubes, salt, black pepper, onion and cook well.
- Then add capsicum, oregano, green chilies, tomato, mix well and let it cool down for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now spread sauce on pizza base, then cooked mixture, then mozzarella cheese, then cheddar cheese, then mushrooms and black olives.
- Bake on 200ºC for 25 to 30 minutes.
