Best Natural Mask for Fair Complexion by Dr Khurram
Everybody wants to have fair complexion, there are many products available in the market but if you are worried about the side effects of the fairness creams or mask for body, you can try using some simple homemade skin whiteners.
Ingredients:
- Brown bread slices – 2 use only edges
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Milk – as required
- Ground almond – 1 tbsp
- Saffron – 1 pinch
How to prepare and use:
Take a bowl, add all above ingredients and dip with milk, mix well. Cover and leave for overnight. Next day add this mixture in muslin cloth and apply all over your body, face, neck, under arms, elbows etc. leave for 3 to 4 hours then wash. This mask will get rid of your dark neck, dark circles, dark elbows. Also your face color will become whitish like milk in a few days.

In beauty remedies you can not use alternate of saffron but if you can´t arrange then omit saffron.

muslin cloth means chees cloth or u can use simple Malmal ka dupatta

cotton will be harsh for your skin so better use cheese cloth.

yes it will work on your elbow, but not sure how many days. 2nd you need to use fresh bread edges and dip in milk as required.
And I want to know if I could use one cup milk because it doesn’t say how much milk to use.
Add milk until your bread is completely soaked.
It should be left in the fridge or just outside normal.
