Chicken Malai Boti Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

1. Boneless chicken – 1 kg (cut in cubes)
2. Hung yogurt – 1 cup
3. Salt – to taste
4. Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
5. Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
6. Roasted and crushed cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
7. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
8. Thinly chopped fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
9. Green chilies paste – 1 tbsp
10. Papaya paste – 1 tbsp

How to Make Easy BBQ Chicken Tikka in Urdu – English

Method:

• Mix hung yogurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, lemon juice, coriander, green chili paste and papaya paste, apply on chicken pieces.
• Leave for 4 – 5 hours, give charcoal smoke.
• Now put chicken on skewers and apply oil with brush. bake in oven for 15 – 18 minutes at 180C.
