Cure for Bloating by Dr Khurram Musheer
After eating, many people find themselves with a bloated belly due to gas. This can cause a lot of problems, so here is a diet for you, if you have ever experienced these symptoms.
- Every day in 1 cup of milk, mix 1 fig, 1 pinch of turmeric powder and 1 date.
- Add lentils, yogurt, fiber food and vegetables in your daily diet.
- Drink 1 cup of milk or water with 1 tsp of flex seed oil.
- Eat papaya with oatmeal cereal.
- Twice a day, take 1 tsp of milk of magnesia.
- In 1 glass of warm water, add 1 tsp of crushed fennel seeds, 1 tsp of sugar candy, 1 tsp of crushed, dried plum and 2 figs every day before bedtime.
