Crispy Waffles
Everyone loves waffles, whether you’re an adult or a kid, but there are several ways to make them, so why not try our crispy waffles that you may or may not have tried before, but they’re definitely worth it.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 2 cups
- Eggs – 2 (separated)
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Milk – 3/4 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Melted butter – 1/4 cup
- salt – 1 pinch
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Baking powder – 2 1/2 tsp
Method:
Strain flour, salt, corn flour and baking powder. Now take a bowl; add egg whites and heat until you get a white form. Take another bowl, add egg yolk and sugar, and beat well. During beating, add some water, then add milk, vanilla essence, remaining water and melted butter, and beat well. Now add dry mixture and mix with spoon. Now fold egg whites with spoon and put in refrigerator for 10 to 15 mins. Then make waffles in waffle maker or make pancake in pan with a little bit of oil. Serve with chocolate, cream or fruit.
