Mini zinger

Ingredients
Chicken leg piece ( de bone )- 2
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Salt as taste
Soda bicarbonate – 1 tsp
White pepper – ¼ tsp
Plain flour – 1 cup
Mustard paste – 1 tbsp
Cauliflower – 1
Cheese slice – 2
Egg whites – 2
Small Bun – 2
Oil for frying

Method
First marinate chicken in vinegar, salt and white pepper and leave it for 10 min in fridge. Now take bowl put flour, salt and soda mix. Take another bowl put egg white and beat them well.
Now dip chicken in egg whites then in flour mixture, again in egg white and  flour mixture then deep fry.
Cut bun in middle apply mayonnaise and mustard paste, then cheese slice then chopped cauliflower then chicken piece and serve with  fries and ketchup.
Fries

Ingredients
Potato ( cut in chips style) – 250g
Corn flour – 2 to 3 tbsp
Cold water – 1 cup
Salt as taste
Oil for frying


Method

Mix corn flour and salt in bowl with cold water and dip potato chips and fry.
Chips are ready to serve.
