Fried and ground masala:
- Red whole chilies – 12
- Cumin – 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
Roast and grind coarsely
Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Oil – 3/4 cup
- Tomato – 5 sliced
- Green chilies – 4 to 5
- Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp
- Chopped fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Salt – to taste
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil and fry chicken until light golden and take it out from the oil.
- Then add chopped onion in same oil and fry until light golden, then add 5 sliced tomato and ginger garlic paste, cover and cook until tomatoes become soft.
- Then add 1/2 cup yogurt, mix well.
- Then add grinded masala, green chili, ginger flakes, mix and add chicken, mix cover and let it cook on low heat with 1/4 cup water.
- Then give smoke of charcoal. Garnish with ginger, green chili, fresh coriander.
