Crispy Potato Cheese Quesadilla

Delicious potato quesadillas. The outside is wrapped in toasted pancake with butter, so they are crispy and delicious. Stuffed with mashed potatoes and sautéed onion with paprika, an exquisite combination that goes very well with cheese and any other filling that you fancy.
When I don’t know what to make for dinner I prepare these delicious quesadillas, they are easy, cheap and very tasty. With few ingredients and in minutes you have dinner ready.

Crispy Potato Cheese Quesadilla
French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boiled Potato – 500 gm
- Onion – 1/3 cup chopped
- Red capsicum – 1/4 cup chopped
- Spring onion – 1/4 cup (green part only)
- Green chillies – 3 to 4 chopped
- Red crushed chilli – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Parmesan Cheese – 4 tbsp
- Tortilla 18cm – 6
- Spicy sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Oil
Easy Chicken Mushroom Quesadillas
Method:
- Peel and dice the potatoes. Put them in a saucepan and cover them with water. Add a teaspoon of salt and bring them to the fire. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
- While the potatoes are cooking, sauté onion, red capsicum, spring onion and green chillies.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and add sautéed vegetables along with chilli flakes, salt and parmesan cheese. Mix well like fine puree.
- Now take a wheat tortilla, apply spicy sauce, place mozzarella cheese, then put a moderate amount of the potato mixture (approximately 2 tablespoons).
- Then again place mozzarella cheese, fold the tortillas in two so that the filling stays inside.
- When the tortilla is filled, cook in the pan with a little bit of butter or oil from both sides.
- If it is well cooked on both sides, it should be crispy. Serve hot.
- It’s a fantastic combination of potatoes and cheese with a thin crispy layer on the outside.
