Chicken Makhni Handi
Ingredients:
- Chicken – 700g
- Oil – 2 cups
- Salt – to taste
- Ginger garlic paste – 3tsp
- Tomatoes – 4 (blended
- Green chilies – 1-2
- Crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry powder – 1 tsp
- Chili flakes – 1 tsp
- Crushed dry coriander – 1 tsp
- Desi ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cream – 4-5 tbsp
Keto Naan Bread Recipe
Method:
- Add around 2 cups of oil in the karahi and fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.
- Add a bit of salt with it to help fry the chicken faster.
- Once it’s fried, take out the extra oil.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry well.
- Add 2 – 3 tbsp of water so the chicken turns soft.
- Now add the blended tomatoes along with green chiliies, and fry, so the tomatoes’ water dries a little.
- Now add salt, crushed cumin seeds, curry powder, chili flakes and crushed dry coriander. Fry well.
- Cover it until the chicken cooks and the water dries.
- Then add desi ghee. Cook some more, and then add cream.
- Take a clay pot and heat it up on the stove. Once it’s hot, put desi ghee in it.
- As soon as the desi ghee melts, add the chicken to the pot.
- Serve with naan and fresh salad.
