Oats and Besan Roti For Weight Loss

Normally we love wheat paratha and roti for breakfast but today I tried gluten free oats and besan roti and my family loved the taste and texture so much. From now this will be part of our weekly menu. Soft & Super delicious.You can serve with any kind of vegetable or lentil curry.
Great for weight loss-These make you feel full for a long time since oats are rich in protein and soluble fiber.

Oats and Besan Roti

Instant Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:

  1. Oats flour – 1/2 cup
  2. Besan (gram flour) – 1/4 cup
  3. Wheat Flour – 1 tbsp
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  6. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Carom Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  8. Shredded zucchini – 1/2 cup
  9. Shredded potato – 1/4 cup
  10. Green chilli – 1
  11. Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
  12. Fresh red chilli – 1
  13. Ghee for Greasing

Coconut Flour Keto Paratha

Method:

  • Add dry ingredients in a bowl, then add vegis and make dough with warm water.
  • Divide into 4 portions and roll between butter paper and cook on hot skillet.
  • Apply ghee with brush and serve.
