Tandoori Chops: English – Urdu Recipe
Tandoori Chops
Ingredients;
- Chops – 1 kg
- Yogurt – ½ cup 250g
- Onion paste – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Raw Papaya paste – 1 tbsp (with skin)
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin seed – 1 tsp (fried and ground)
- Red Food colour – 1 pinch
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Ponder chops. Mix all spices and apply on chops and leave for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven on 180ºC, gas mark 4, 350º F. put wire rack on oven tray and put chops then bake for 40 minutes.
- Then give charcoal smoke and serve with raita.
