How to Make Chicken Stock

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken bones – 1 kg
  2. Ginger – 1 1/2″ slice
  3. Spring onion – 1
  4. Carrots – 1
  5. Water – 32 cups
  6. Celery – 1 (optional)

Method:

  • First take 1 kg of chicken bones and put in a pan with 32 cups of water, I 1/2 inch of ginger piece, 1 carrot, and 1 spring onion (with green part) and celery, boil until 16 cups are left.
  • Now drain stock and discard vegetables.
  • Now you can use this stock in any kind of soup.
  • Also you can freeze it.
