Chana Dal Pulao Recipe
Easy chana dal pulao recipe is more delicious then mutton or chicken pulao. You can serve with mint chutney, green salad and raita.

Chana Dal Pulao Recipe
Ingredients:
- Rice – 1/2 kg
- Boiled chana daal – 1 cup
- Onion – 2 sliced
- Tomato – 4 chopped
- Fresh coriander – 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies – 6
- Dry plum – 4 to 5 soaked in water
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Whole spice mix – 1 tbsp
- Red crushed chili – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1/2 cup

Method:
- Heat up oil, fry onion until golden brown.
- Then add whole spice, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, plum, red crushed chili and chopped tomato, fry and cover until tomatoes soften.
- Then add boiled chana daal, soaked rice along with water according to rice and bring to boil.
- Then add geen chili and fresh coriander and cook on dum for 15 minutes.
- Tasty and easy daal pulao is ready to serve.
