Khoya Mawa Malai Kulfi
Ingredients:
- Khoya (Mava) – 250 g
- Condensed milk – 1 can or 400 g
- Evaporated milk chilled – 16 oz
- Cream – 400 g
- kewra water – 1 tsp
- Bread slices – 2
- Crushed pistachio – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Now put this mixture in freezer in kulfa container or in any air tight container for at least 12 hours.
- Then serve this yummy kulfa to all your family and friends.
