Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Banana Split Oat Bran Pancakes
Ingredients:
- Bananas – 3 (mashed)
- Eggs – 3
- Oats – 3/4 cup
- Baking powder – 3/4 tsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
Keto Samosa
Method:
- In a bowl, add eggs, oats, baking powder, salt and mashed bananas, mix well.
- Heat up frying pan over medium-high heat, apply butter and pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Brown on both sides and serve with honey, whipped cream and berries on top.
