Chicken Pakora
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken β Β½ kg (cut in cubes)
- Gram flour β 2 tbsp
- Rice flour β 2 tbsp
- Flour β 2 tbsp
- Corn flour β 2 tbsp
- Red crushed chilli β 1 tsp
- Dry coriander crushed β 1tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds β 1 tsp
- Salt β 1 tsp or to taste
- Turmeric powder β Β½ tsp
- Egg β 1
- Onion β 1 or Β½ cup thinly chop
- Green chilies β 3 thinly chop
- Fresh coriander β 1 tbsp thinly chop
Method:
- Mix all above ingredients and add chicken cubes. If batter is too thick, you can add 2 tbsp of water.
- Deep fry chicken pieces until crispy and golden.
- Serve with chili sauce or mint sauce.
