Grilled Fish Marination:
- Pomfret whole fish – 2
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Oregano – 1 tsp
Method:
- Give deep cuts on fish, then apply salt, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic paste and oregano on fish and leave for half an hour.
- Then place fish in baking tray, pour a little bit of olive oil, then bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Carrots – 2
- Capsicum – 2
- Egg plant – 1
- Green peas – 1 cup
- Potato – 2
- Beans – 2 cups
Method:
- Take wok, add olive oil, chopped garlic and sauté, then add sliced potato and peas, oregano, beans and half cup of water.
- Cover and cook on low heat. After 5 minutes, add carrots, then add egg plant slices, and cook.
- When all the vegetables are done, add capsicum, black pepper, olive oil, stir fry and serve with grilled or baked fish or any kind of roast. Make sure to not overcook.
