Chilli Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
- Bread slices – 3
- Margarine – 1 tbsp heaped
- Shredded cheese – 1/2 cup
- Fresh red chilli – 1 chopped
- Fresh Coriander – 1/4 cup chopped
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp

Method:
- In a bowl, add margarine, cheese, fresh coriander, red chilli, cumin seeds and salt. Mix well.
- Now heat up a pan.
- Apply the cheese mixture on all bread slices.
- Put the bread in the pan, cover and let it cook on medium heat until the cheese has melted.
- Remove and cut in triangles and serve warm with tomato ketchup.
