Anti Aging Drink by Dr Khurram

  1. Water – 2 glasses
  2. Grapes – 12
  3. Pineapple chunks – ½ cup
  4. Apple – 2 peeled and chopped
  5. Fresh mint leaves – 6 to 7
  6. Honey – to taste
  7. Black pepper – 2 pinches
  8. Lemon – 2 (juice)


  • Mix all above ingredients in a pan, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Let it cool down. Then blend in blender add ice and take every day 1 glass of this drink.
  • This drink will give you energy, prevent and get rid of wrinkles.
