hi dr khuram!i am 29 years old first,i have freckle on my nose two years back then it also appears on my cheeks both sides near nose. around one an half year and now I am in England means no sun light. even now I have the same freckles. I have checked to a dermatologist also have my blood test to check iron level.that was very low.the doctor recommends some vitamins tablets and and a cream “Aklen rucinol melano expert” he said you will get rid off in a month but there is no effect:-( please suggest what should I do now???? please help me out.thanks.
