Dough ingredients for layered paratha:
- Plain flour – 2 cups
- Fine semolina – 1/4 cup
- Instant yeast – 1/4 tsp
- Sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
Filling ingredients for paratha:
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
- Fine semolina

Method:
- In a bowl, add dough ingredients and make a dough. Add enough water until the dough has a fine structure.
- Let it rest for a while. Then divide into small portions and make balls from them.
- Roll each ball until it is thin enough.
