Fried Chicken Boti Recipe
Ingredients for marination:
- Chicken – 500g
- yogurt – ¼ cup
- Tomatoes paste – 2 tbsp
- Green masala – (mint, fresh coriander, green chilli)
- Onion – 1 chopped
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Orange colour – 1 pinch
- Chicken masala – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Method:
First marinate the chicken for 2 hours, then take a pan, put chicken with marinate paste on slow flame….dry it and check it…if it becomes soft then add 1 tbsp of oil, after 5 mins off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander and serve with fries and ketchup…
