Fried Chicken Burger


  1. Chicken – 2 breast pieces
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Crushed black pepper – 2 tsp
  4. Garlic ginger paste – 2 tsp
  5. Egg – 1
  6. Rice flour – ½ cup
  7. Corn flour – ½ cup
  8. Plain flour – ½ cup
  9. Baking powder – ½ tsp
  10. Cucumber, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise and buns – according to requirement


  • Mix salt, black pepper and garlic ginger paste, and apply the mixture on the chicken and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now take one lightly beaten egg and put half of it in the chicken and mix it well.
  • Take another bowl, put corn flour, plain flour, rice flour and baking powder and mix it well, now roll chicken pieces in flour mixture and put them aside to settle down.
  • Then put the remaining egg on the chicken pieces and then again roll them in flour mixture and deep fry in covered pan or fryer until it is golden brown.
  • Then take them off of the oil and put them on a kitchen towel.
  • Now prepare burger: take one part of the bun and apply mayonnaise, lettuce, a chicken pieces, cucumber, tomato, then again mayonnaise and then second part of bun and serve.
