This tasty and quick chana masala recipe is excellent for breakfast, you can serve with puri or khasta paratha.

Quick Chana Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas – 2 cup
- Onion – 1 thinly chopped
- Potato – 1 sliced
- Green chili – 4 to 5 chopped
- Tomato – 2 chopped
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp

Method:
- Take a pan, heat up oil and saute onion, then add sliced potatoes along with chopped green chili, fry well until potatoes soften.
- Then add chickpeas and chopped tomato, mix well.
- Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and salt, cover and put on dum until potatoes are tender.
- Squeeze lemon juice, garnish with fresh coriander and serve as you like.
