Grilled Peri-Peri Chicken
Peri Peri Rice Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients for chicken:
- Whole chicken with skin on – 1
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
Method for marination:
- Wash and pat dry whole chicken, make deep cuts and apply paprika powder, garlic powder and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Then apply prepared sauce on the chicken, cover and leave overnight or for 3 to 4 hours.
- Now grill or bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Apply the remaining sauce and oil during cooking.
- Serve with peri peri rice and enjoy.

- Garlic – 5 cloves
- Ginger – 1 inch slice
- Red chili flakes – 1 tbsp
- Red capsicum – 1
- Oil – 2 tbsp

- Fresh coriander – 1/4 bunch
- Salt – to taste

- To make the peri-peri sauce, add all the above-mentioned ingredients in a blender and blend well.
