Healthy Arabic Almond Milk by Dr Khurram. Use this milk after Iftari or after dinner, as it will give you strength and energy.
Arabic Almond Milk
Ingredients:
- Full cream milk – 6 tbsp
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Ground almond – 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder – 1 pinch
- Green cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Brown sugar or artificial sweetner – 1 tsp or to taste
- Ginger powder – 1/4 tsp
- Water – 1 glass
Method:
Take a pan, add all above ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool down. Take as it is or add ice cubes.
