Healthy Arabic Almond Milk: by Dr Khurram

Healthy Arabic Almond Milk by Dr Khurram. Use this milk after Iftari or after dinner, as it will give you strength and energy.

Arabic Almond Milk


  1. Full cream milk – 6 tbsp
  2. Rice flour – 2 tbsp
  3. Ground almond – 2 tbsp
  4. Cinnamon powder – 1 pinch
  5. Green cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  6. Brown sugar or artificial sweetner – 1 tsp or to taste
  7. Ginger powder – 1/4 tsp
  8. Water – 1 glass


Take a pan, add all above ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool down. Take as it is or add ice cubes.
