- Tomatoes – 5 to 6
- Tomato puree – 1 cup
- Onion – 1
- Chopped garlic – 3 cloves
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Olive oil – 5 tbsp
- Take a pan, add oil and sauté garlic.
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, salt and onion, mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with quesadilla, nachos or tacos.
