How to Make Special Chicken Saji, English / Urdu Recipe

Special Chicken Saji


  1. Whole chicken – 1 ½ kg
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Vinegar – ½ cup
  4. Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  5. Black pepper – 2 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp


Wash chicken, pat dry. Mix vinegar, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste leave for at least 2 hours or overnight. Then take a wok, put chicken with all merination and cook on low heat until its done and water dries. Then put 2 tbsp butter and fry until it turns into light brown colour. Then take it of the flame and let it cool down. Then apply dry spices and bake in preheated oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes.
Serve with degi mirch sauce.

For Dry Spices

  1. Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  2. Fried cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  3. Black salt – ½ tsp
  4. Fried ajwain – 1 tsp
  5. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Mix all spices and apply on chicken and bake. Store remaining masala in a dry jar and can be use on fries and pakoras.
