Super Duper Dahi Baray

Ingredients:

  1. Urad daal – 250 g (soak for 4 – 6 hours)
  2. Salt – 1 tsp
  3. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  4. Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
  5. Baking powder – 1 tsp
  6. Chicken cube – ½

Method:

  • Take a blender and add all above ingredients, and blend.
  • Make a smooth paste, then fry in hot oil with the help of wada maker or with a spoon until it’s golden brown.
  • When it’s fried, in warm water, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin seeds and 1 tsp of red crushed chili and mix.
  • Now add the fried baray into the warm water mixture.
  • Leave for 4 – 5 minutes, then squeeze gently and prepare to serve.

Yogurt for preparation

  1. Hung yogurt – 1 kg
  2. Icing sugar – ½ cup
  3. Salt – ½ tsp
  • Now in a dish, first add yoghurt, then friend baray, then remaining yoghurt, then add imli sweet ‘n’ sour chutney, then sprinkle red chili powder and chat masala. Serve.
