No-bake Lotus cheesecake dessert
Today I come with a spectacular no-bake Lotus cheesecake dessert that is going to make you go crazy.
This dessert is creamy, fresh, easy and above all, irresistible. Biscoff’s airy mousse combined with crunchy biscuits makes for a decadent yet light dessert.
You can easily double or triple this recipe, and even make them in shot glasses for a smaller serving.
No-bake Lotus cheesecake dessert
Mother’s Day Special Red Velvet Cheesecake: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients for Biscuit Base:
- Lotus biscuits – 12
- Melted butter – 40 gm
Cheesecake Filling:
- Cream Cheese – 180 gm room temperature
- Biscoff Spread – 110 gm
- Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
- Cream – 1/3 cup
- Icing sugar – 3 tbsp
Decoration:
Keto Spanish Cheesecake
- Biscoff Spread – 4 tbsp
- Lotus biscuits – 4
Method:
- Whip cream with icing sugar till it forms soft peaks.
- Add cream cheese, biscoff spread and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
- Crush lotus biscuits in a food processor, or by bashing them with a rolling pin. Add melted butter and mix well.
- Press the buttery biscuit crumbs into your dessert bowls.
- Pipe biscoff mousse over it. Allow it to chill in the fridge for four hours.
Decoration:
- Warm the Biscoff spread in the microwave. Pour over the surface of each cheesecake and spread evenly.
- As a final touch, pour crushed cookies on top, along with some Lotus cookies.
