How to Make Qeemay Kay Parathay: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Beef mince – ½ kg
  2. Papaya – 1 tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  4. Red chili powder – 1-1/2 tsp
  5. Chickpea powder (roasted) – 2 tbsp
  6. Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp
  7. Almonds – 6-7
  8. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  9. Fried onion – 2 tbsp
  10. Salt – to taste
  11. Coriander (crushed) – 4 tbsp
  12. Green chili – 2-3
  13. Egg – 1

Method:

  • Grind roasted chickpeas and poppy seeds in a grinder.
  • Then add papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili, almonds, garam masala powder, fried onions, salt, coriander powder and green chili in beef mince, mix and leave for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Then mix egg and make round kabab, heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry kabab.
  • Serve hot.
