Kachay Qeemay Kay Kabab Recipe
How to Make Qeemay Kay Parathay: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beef mince – ½ kg
- Papaya – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1-1/2 tsp
- Chickpea powder (roasted) – 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp
- Almonds – 6-7
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Fried onion – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander (crushed) – 4 tbsp
- Green chili – 2-3
- Egg – 1

Method:
- Grind roasted chickpeas and poppy seeds in a grinder.
- Then add papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili, almonds, garam masala powder, fried onions, salt, coriander powder and green chili in beef mince, mix and leave for 1 hour or overnight.
- Then mix egg and make round kabab, heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry kabab.
- Serve hot.
