Ingredients for Batter:-

How to Make Mazedar Papri Chaat in Urdu – English

  1. All-Purpose Flour – 2 cups (LEVELED)
  2. Corn Starch – 1/4 cup (4 TBSP = 1/4 CUP) (IF YOU DON’T HAVE CORN STRACH YOU CAN USE ARAROT)
  3. POWDER (ارارت پاؤڈر)
  4. SALT – 1 tsp (LEVELED)
  5. Water – 1 1/2 cup (ROOM TEMPERATURE)

For Chana:-

  1. Chickpeas – 1 cup (KABULI CHANA)
  2. Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1/2 tsp

Keto Samosa

For Spices:-

  1. Mango Powder – 1 tsp
  2. Crushed & Roasted Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  3. Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
  4. Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
  5. Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam Masala – 1/8 tsp

CHOLAY MIX MASALA:-

  1. Onions – 4 tbsp (DICED)
  2. Boiled Potato – 1 (DICED)
  3. Coriander Leaves – 4 tbsp (CHOPPED) (HARA DHANIYA)
  4. Green Pepper – 1 (DICED)
  5. Tomato – 1 (DICED)
  6. Sweet & Sour Chutney -1/3 cup (RECIPE BELOW⬇️)
  7. Boondi – 6 tbsp

Instructions for Batter:-

  • Take a bowl and add all the ingredients. Dissolve the batter using water (THE BATTER SHOULD BE SAMI THICK BUT SMOOTH).
  • Pour the batter back into the bowl. Cover and set aside.

For Chana:-

  • In a bowl add garbanzo beans and all the spices. Add green masala and mix. Add sweet and sour chutney know add boondi and mix together. Set aside.

For Frying:-

  • Turn the stove on a MEDIUM-LOW HEAT. Let the oil heat up.
  • Once oil is warm (TAKE DEEP SPATULA THAT YOU USE FOR CURRY (SALAN)).
  • Put tbose in the oil to warm up. 3 minutes later remove the spatula put on top of paper towel.
  • Turn the flame back on to MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. Take a batter stir.
  • Take a spatula and wipe little bit dip that spatula into the batter and put in the oil and hold ot for 30 seconds remove the spatula.
  • Remove on to the paper towel. Repeat the procedure until all done.

Assembly:-

  • Take the plate put katori and fill the katori around 1/3 cup wih a chana chaat. Put Sweet & Sour Chutney, whisked yogurt, nylon sev, green chutney, onion, tomato, pomegranate seeds(انار دانہ), and coriander leaves.

SWEET & SOUR CHUTNEY

Ingredients:-

  1. Water – 1 cup
  2. Jaggery (GUR) – 1/2 cup
  3. Salt – 1 tsp

Spices:-

  1. Mango Powder (AMCHOOR KA POWDER) – 2 tbsp
  2. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp (NOT SPICY)
  3. Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  4. Black Salt (KALA NAMAK) – 1 tsp
  5. Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  6. Crushed & Roasted Cumin – 1 tsp

Instructions:-

  • Turn the stove to MEDIUM-LOW flame. Put a pot and add water, jaggery (GUR), salt, and then add all the spices
  • and mix together. Cook until thick. 2-3 minutes later add 1/2 tsp Black Salt (KALA NAMAK) turn off the stove.
