Spanish Lentil Soup

Chicken Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients: –

  1. 500 – grams of lentils
  2. Potatoes – 2
  3. 2 – sausages
  4. 50 grams of Meat
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1 splash of oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Beef bone 2
  9. Onion 1
  10. 1 tablespoon paprika
  11. 1 dash of vinegar
  12. bay leaf 1

Method:

  • Put the lentils to soak twelve hours before, wash and put them in a pressure cooker with potatoes, two sausages, meat 50 grams, a carrot, a little oil, salt and beef bone.
  • Close the pot and make about twenty minutes with the necessary pressure on the model of the pot.
  • On going to serve them they will add a fried onion with a tablespoon of paprika and a dash of vinegar.

  1. it is very very nice and yumy yumy SOUP ,I tried it myself. its also suitable for VEGITARIAN. I think its very hot soup.. Hoter than chicken or other meat soups.
