Mooli Ke Parathe Ki Recipe
Ingredients:
- Flour – 1/2 kg
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
Mix flour, ghee and salt and make soft dough with warm water, leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
Ingredients for Filling:
- Shredded Reddish – 2 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1/2 cup thinly chopped
- Fresh coriander – 1/4 bunch chopped
- Green chilli – 4 thinly chopped
- Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Fried cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl add shredded reddish and salt, mix and put in strainer to drain all water from reddish.
- Then add onion, coriander, green chilli, carom seeds, chat masala, red chilli powder and fried cumin seeds, mix well.
- Now make 2 small size balls, roll them like chapatti put reddish filling on 1 chapatti, then cover with 2nd part of chapatti and close from all sides.
- Fry on skillet like paratha with little ghee, until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve with tomato and onion chutney.
